  2. some similarities between these two word clouds is that in presidant obamas speeches he spent alot of time on the subjects and words of people, americans, jobs, and didnt spend alot of time on the subjects and words of ressison and health care. some differences of the two are in the 2010 speech president obama spent alot more time on the subjects of bisnesses, energy, and the people and in the 2009 speech he spent most of the time on the words and subjects of plans, jobs, whats happing now and the economy. i think that presidant obama should spend more time on the subjects of the economy and jobs and how he can help and how he will help and his plan for the future years that he will serve.

  3. IN 2009 Obama talked alot about the ECONOMY and PLAN, he completely changedd it around during the 2010 state of the union address, because he talked about people and americans, and how we should all work together and not against eachother.

  4. In both years he talked a lot about the economy, but in 2009 he talked about how to recovery the economy and in 2010 that the economy is almost recovery, he says what he will do to make it better, for exemple using the energy and making more jobs.
I think that talk about the economy and what he will do this year to create more jobs is very important because it affects the lives of all americans.

  5. Similarities betweeen the twho word clouds are that in President Obama's 2009 speech he spent a lot of time talking about planning for the future, jobs, our economy, and americans. Also spent much time about the concern of health care and unemployment. Int his 2010 speech, he talks about some similar subjects such as americans, economy, family, and people. He had many differences too within the two different speeches. Some of those are in 2009, he cared mostly about new plans, new jobs, and health care. In the 2010 speech, he focused mostly on the subjects of bussiness and energy. I feel that in his second year, he should focus more so on the unemployment and the health care. If we are able to fix these problems sooner then later, many people will be much better off.

  6. in the 2009 speech Obama was really concerned about the economy and jobs and how to plan to get out of that problem. However in the 2010 speech he was more concerned about the people more than the economy.

  7. Some of the similarities between the 2009 and 2010 State of the Union Address that President Obama talked about were health care, economy, jobs, and families. Some of differences was in 2009 he spent more time on future, and American society. In 2010 he spent more time on businesses, unemployment, and environment/ energy. In my opinion, if in 2010 he targets more on unemployment, and the health care reforms, the society will be more pleased.

  8. Some of the similarities that took place during both the 2009 and 2010 State of the Union Address are that Pres. Obama focused on topics like jobs, Americans, and the economy. Other than a few other similarities, Pres, Obama started in a new direction for this new year. He started to focus on the people, businesses, energy, work, and families.

I think that Pres. Obama should focus more towards the economy and lowering the unemployment rate, by creating new jobs for the unemployed people in America right now. The reason why I think this should be his number one priority right now is because I do not think that we can make any more progress in America without starting with and solving those two problems first.

  9. President Obama used many of the same words in both his speeches. He just changed what words he emphasised he 2009 and 2010. In 2009 he emphasised his plan for recovery of the economy, whereas in 2010 he stated that the economy was recovering but now it was important for Americans to get back to work. In 2010, he placed on strong emphasis on the spirit of the American people and their plight. Jobs for Americans should be the number one priority. If people are working they can begin to spend money again and this will help improve the financial state of our country.

  10. Some similarities between 2009 and 2010 is the focus on jobs, businesses, work, etc. Differences are shown between the 2 years because in 2009 President Obama focused mainly on the eceonomy and making a plan for his term in office. In 2010 his address focused more on the American people, businesses, and energy.

I think that President Obama shoud focus mainly on the economy, and the wealth of our country, becuase when you focus on fixing the economy it has a domino effect on many areas. Unemployment will decrease, as well as inflation.

  11. I agree with my peers that Obama focused more on rebuilding the economy and increasing the employment rate for all americans in 2009. I also can concure with them that in 2010 he focused manily on americans as a whole, and the unity that we must have in order to rebulid our economy.

I like the fact that Obama was not repeatitive with both of his Union Addresses. He did not focus too much on the state that we are currently in, but rather the state that we will become during his term.Which in a sense gives
hope to americans and spreads a positive energy.
